I run the systems that let B2B SaaS companies trust their own revenue numbers — Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, and everything that plugs into them. Fourteen years of it, across Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, and now Customer Success Operations too. I find the root cause before I propose the fix, and I only raise my hand once I have the data to back it up.

I started out in inside sales, and I'll be honest that it wasn't where I did my best work. What it did do was show me exactly where the friction lives — the CRM that fights the rep, the forecast the system can't actually produce, the process designed by someone who never sat in the seat. So in 2012, after a few years in sales roles, I earned my Salesforce Administrator certification and moved into operations to go fix it. Fourteen years later I still design every system for the person who has to use it at 4:45 on a Friday.
Since then I've built Salesforce orgs from the ground up — one company grew from 4 seats to over 100 while I ran it — executed three full marketing automation platform migrations across Pardot, Marketo, and HubSpot, and built the lead scoring models and ICP definitions that told sales teams which leads were actually worth chasing.
Today I'm Director of IT and Sales Operations at Provarity, Inc., where I run Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, IT, and — as of this year — Customer Success and Support: four workstreams at once. I also built an AI workflow that connects Claude to Salesforce and Zoom, so call transcripts turn into drafted opportunity notes, next steps, and budget and timeline signals instead of someone typing it all in by hand. That work, plus leading our SOC 2 Type I and II certification and a 25% cut in operational costs from consolidating our tech stack, is what got this year's review rated Outstanding / Far Exceeds Expectations.
I work equally well as a hands-on individual contributor and as a cross-functional leader. I say yes to a lot, which is part of why people hand me the ambiguous problems nobody owns — and I've learned that being explicit about tradeoffs protects the work just as much as taking it on does.
From IT and security foundations to full-funnel reporting, GTM engineering, and customer support operations — the work that makes a company's revenue numbers something leadership can actually act on.
Designing and executing go-to-market frameworks that align sales, marketing, and product — from ICP definition to pipeline attribution and ARR forecasting.
Auditing, consolidating, and optimizing martech ecosystems. Specializing in Salesforce, Marketo, and HubSpot — plus deep integrations with 20+ third-party platforms.
Building Salesforce orgs that scale — from initial setup to complex multi-territory configurations, routing logic, and lifecycle automation that reduce manual workload.
Creating executive dashboards, pipeline visibility frameworks, and data hygiene programs that give leadership the insight to make fast, confident decisions.
Standing up support as an operational function — platform selection and migration, workflow and queue design, SLAs and escalation paths, plus the customer documentation and FAQ library that keeps answers consistent.
Running IT as a business function: endpoint and email security with Coro, identity and access with Okta, audit readiness as ongoing practice, and decommissioning legacy infrastructure that costs money and widens the attack surface.
Building on the revenue stack rather than just administering it — API integrations between systems that do not talk, and AI workflows like the Claude-to-Salesforce-and-Zoom build that turns call transcripts into drafted opportunity notes, next steps, and budget and timeline signals.
Generated and qualified pipeline, handing off opportunities to field sales. Selling wasn't where I did my best work — but sitting in the rep's seat is why I know what the field actually needs from the systems I've built ever since.
I'm open to Manager and Director level roles in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Customer Success Operations, or GTM Engineering. Certified Salesforce Administrator and Advanced Administrator, hands on in Marketo, HubSpot, and Salesforce CPQ, comfortable building API integrations and AI-driven workflow automation across a revenue stack, and fluent in Spanish.
